Welcome to Posteroly.com! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application (if any), and all services provided by Posteroly (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Us

Posteroly is an Indian e-commerce platform based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, specializing in premium print-on-demand posters and wall art. We operate under the laws of India.

2. Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or placing orders.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All products are print-on-demand and made to order.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability without prior notice.
  • Colors and prints may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin the printing process immediately.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order only within 2 hours of placement. After that, cancellations are not possible because production starts within 24 hours.
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and any other methods displayed at checkout.
  • We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Time: We ship all orders within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery Timeline (estimated, from the date of shipment):
    • Major pincodes / metro cities: 1–2 business days.
    • Interior / other pincodes: 3–4 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier partner availability, weather, festivals, strikes, or force majeure events.
  • A tracking link will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
  • We partner with reputed courier services (DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, etc.).
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is separate and forms part of these Terms. Please read it here: posteroly.com/returns. Because our products are print-on-demand, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or wrong items shipped.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, and content on the Platform are owned by Posteroly or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
  • If you upload your own images or designs for custom orders, you represent that you have the right to use them and grant us a license to print them.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or our staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Posteroly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Posteroly, its owners, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
  • Before filing a legal case, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
