At Posteroly.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality, print-on-demand posters that bring art and vibe to your walls. Because every poster is custom-printed to order, we have a strict yet fair return policy to protect both our customers and our small-batch production process.
1. Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or request a replacement.
2. What Qualifies for Return / Replacement
We accept returns only in these cases:
- Manufacturing defect (smudges, color mismatch, fading, incorrect print, crooked alignment, etc.).
- Damaged during transit (torn poster, crushed tube, water damage — with clear photos as proof).
- Wrong item shipped (wrong design, wrong size, wrong variant).
Change of mind, “doesn’t match my decor”, size regret (if you chose the size), or preference change are NOT eligible for return. Print-on-demand items cannot be restocked once printed, so we cannot accept returns for subjective reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized posters (any poster with your text, photo, or special request).
- Posters that have been opened, framed, hung, or altered in any way.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Limited Edition” (if any).
- International orders (outside India) – due to high shipping costs and customs.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 30 days at support@posteroly.com or through the “Contact Us” form on the website.
- Provide your Order ID, photos of the issue (multiple angles + packaging), and a short description.
- Our team will review within 48 business hours and reply with next steps (Return Merchandise Authorization – RMA).
Do not ship anything back without an approved RMA number.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
- If the issue is our fault (defect / wrong item / transit damage): We will provide a free return shipping label (India only) or reimburse reasonable return shipping cost against receipt.
- If the issue is not our fault (rare, but for approved cases only): Customer pays return shipping.
All returns must be sent in original packaging (tube/box) via a trackable service (DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, etc.).
6. Refund / Replacement Options
Once we receive and inspect the returned poster (usually 5–7 business days):

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Replacement posters are printed and shipped within 5–7 business days of approval.
7. International Orders
We do not accept returns from outside India due to high shipping & customs costs. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will offer a partial refund (up to 70%) or reprint (you pay shipping) on a case-by-case basis.
8. Quality Guarantee
Every poster goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch. We use premium matte/satin paper and high-resolution printing. If you ever face an issue, we will make it right — that’s our promise.
