At Posteroly.com, we are committed to getting your beautiful print-on-demand posters to you as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding public holidays and weekends).
  • Because every poster is custom-printed on demand, we start production immediately after payment is confirmed.

2. Delivery Timeline (India Only)

We currently ship only within India.

Note: These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner schedules, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping speed (if options are available).
  • We offer competitive and transparent rates with no hidden fees.
  • Free shipping may be available on select orders or during promotions (check the cart for details).

4. Shipping Partners & Method

  • Posters are carefully rolled and packed in protective tubes or boxes to ensure they reach you safely.
  • We work with trusted courier partners: Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom Express, and India Post (depending on your pincode for fastest delivery).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and WhatsApp message with the tracking link.
  • You can track your package 24×7 using the provided link.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

7. International Shipping

We are currently focused on serving customers across India. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are outside India, please check back later or contact us for updates.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet the timelines above, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, courier disruptions, or high order volumes during festivals). We will keep you updated via email/WhatsApp if any significant delay is expected.
